We were deeply saddened to hear the news about the death of beloved Mohamoud,
Mohamoud was a brainy of businessman, a man abysmal, versatile philosophy, a brilliantly creative, sober style, and a prophetic vision.

Mohamoud played a tremendous role in the reconciliations process of Somaliland, especially the Borama, Tog Wajaale, Dilla, and Gob Yaray conferences 1993 -1994.
Dhaal will forever be etched biography of our regions for his implacable and thoughtful effort to help his people. His soul is gone but his feat will linger for ever with our country.
On the behalf of Hori family, we hereby, join the people of Awdal and zone 5 in their sadness and sorrow over the loss of a beloved Dhaal.
May the almighty give him rest and peace in his last abode and give his family and relatives the intrepidity to conquer this unrepeatable loss.
